Terms and Conditions

By booking a vehicle or using the services of Sri Balaji Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through call, WhatsApp, or online inquiry. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving acknowledgment from our team. Advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shared based on your travel requirement, vehicle type, and distance. Prices are subject to change based on fuel cost, availability, and seasonal demand. Full or partial payment must be made before the trip begins. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

3. Inclusions and Exclusions

The quoted price generally includes vehicle rental and driver charges unless specified otherwise. Additional charges such as toll, parking, state permits, driver allowance (for outstation trips), and extra kilometers will be charged separately.

4. Kilometers and Time Usage

Trips are calculated based on distance (kilometers) and duration. Any usage beyond the agreed limit will incur additional charges as per the standard rate. Minimum daily usage may apply depending on the vehicle type.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:

• More than 24 hours before travel: Partial refund (if applicable)
• Within 24 hours: No refund
  Advance payments may be adjusted for future bookings at management discretion.

6. Driver and Travel Responsibility

Our drivers are experienced and trained for safe travel. Customers are expected to cooperate and follow basic travel guidelines. Sri Balaji Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.

7. Vehicle Usage

The vehicle provided must be used only for the agreed travel plan. Any misuse, illegal activity, or damage caused during the trip will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Luggage Policy

Passengers are requested to carry luggage within the vehicle capacity. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle or additional charges.

9. Safety and Liability

While we ensure well-maintained vehicles and professional service, Sri Balaji Travels is not liable for personal belongings lost during the trip. Passengers are advised to take care of their valuables.

10. Route and Itinerary Changes

Any change in route, additional stops, or deviation from the agreed itinerary may result in extra charges. Please inform in advance for smooth planning.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable situations.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Sri Balaji Travels, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
